Friday, April 29: Khalin M. Warner, 30, of Morrisville ,was charged in Smithfield with fourth-degree criminal mischief: preventing an emergency call, fourth-degree criminal mischief, and second-degree harassment: physical contact.

Oneida City Police Department

Wednesday, April 27: Brandon M. Crouth, 29, of 348 E. Walnut St. was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with harassment and unreasonable noise. He was also charged with resisting arrest. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail on bail pending further court action.

Wednesday, April 27: Eric Howe, 19, of 7066 Verna Dr., Canastota, was arrested and charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, third-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, and unlicensed operator. He was released to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Wednesday, April 27: Jeremy J. Hart, 36, of 210C Almond St., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment. He is to appear in City Court at a later date.

Wednesday, April 27: Chad Powers, 49, 307 Washington Ave., Oneida, was issued a criminal summons charging him with second-degree harassment. He is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Wednesday, April 27: Paul A. Fortino, 19, of 348 E. Walnut St. was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with third-degree trespass and assault. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and ordered held in the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail on bail pending further court action.

Tuesday, April 26: Elizabeth Navarro, 35, of 127 N. Warner St., Oneida, was charged with aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle, unlicensed operator and speeding. She is to appear in Oneida City Court at a later date.

Tuesday, April 26: Kayla Marshal, 28, of 20 Sunrise Blvd. East, Rome, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging her with third-degree aggravated operation of a motor vehicle. She was arraigned and sent to the Madison County Public Safety Building Jail in lieu of bail.

Tuesday, April 26: Daniel M. Tharp, 33, of 3060 Sheehan Rd., Camden, was arrested on an arrest warrant charging him with one count of petit larceny. He was arraigned in Oneida City Court and released on his own recognizance pending further court action.
